SHIPPING POLICY – KIABI ALBANIA
At Kiabi Albania, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and within the fastest possible timeframes throughout the territory of Albania.
1. Delivery Time The delivery period is calculated from the moment your order is processed and handed over to the courier:
• Tirana: Within 24 hours.
• Peripheral Areas (Kamëz, Paskuqan, Babrru): Within 24 - 48 hours.
• Main Cities: Within 24 - 48 hours.
• Remote Areas: For cities such as Bajram Curri, Konispol, Krumë, Çorovodë, etc., distribution is carried out twice a week according to the postal service calendar.
2. Shipping Costs Our rates are based on the weight of the package (up to 5 kg):
• Within Tirana: 200 Lekë.
• In Other Cities: 250 Lekë.
• For shipments over 5 kg, an additional cost of 30 Lekë is applied for every kg exceeding the standard.
3. Payment Method
• Cash on Delivery: You can pay the total value of the order and the shipping fee directly to the courier at the moment you receive the package.
4. Delivery Procedure
• Contact: The courier will contact you at the phone number provided during the order to confirm the location and delivery schedule.
• Package Security: All our products are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport.
• Inspection: Please check the packaging for visible damage before accepting it from the courier.
• Delivery Attempts: In case you are not at the address, the courier will notify you of the attempts made through the system, and a second attempt or the return of the order will be processed.
