RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – KIABI ALBANIA

This policy applies to all purchases made online through www.kiabi.al. All returns and exchanges are handled exclusively by post and cannot be processed in any physical store.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Law No. 9902 dated 17.4.2008 "On Consumer Protection" as amended, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered products.

2. RETURN POLICY

The customer may return products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, the customer must contact Customer Service to receive the necessary instructions.

In cases of return, the customer will be reimbursed the price of the product. The costs of returning the product (postal service costs) are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.

Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 4 days of receipt and approval of the request by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k.

Returns may only be carried out by post and not in the physical store.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products may only be exchanged with the original purchase receipt and identity card.

To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact Customer Service to provide the necessary information. Postal service costs are covered by the customer.

Exchanges may only be carried out by post and not in the physical store.

4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- The original purchase receipt must be included.
- All labels and tags must be intact and undamaged.

5. EXCEPTIONS – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Socks
- Tights
- Vests
- Accessories

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If the customer receives an item that is damaged or has been sent incorrectly by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k, the defect or error must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

In such cases, all transport costs for the return are covered by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

The customer has the right to cancel their order in the event of non-fulfilment by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k of the agreed delivery conditions, by notifying via email at customer.support@unlimitedfashion.al or by calling 044 81 3007.

The cancellation request will only be considered if the preparation, dispatch or delivery of the ordered products has not yet taken place in accordance with the conditions described in the General Terms and Conditions.

In the above cases of cancellation, the customer will be reimbursed within 4 days of receipt of the request, by bank transfer.

8. FAILED DELIVERY

If the customer is not found at the address or does not respond to the courier after contact attempts, the customer forfeits the right to a refund of delivery costs. The costs of returning the product will also be deducted from the reimbursement of the product price.

If the customer wishes a further delivery attempt, they will be required to pay the delivery costs again in advance.

9. GIFT ORDERS

Payment for gift orders must be made in advance online by card. Cash payment is not accepted.

For any changes or special requests regarding gift orders, the person who made the purchase must contact Customer Service at customer.support@unlimitedfashion.al.
