TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROCESSING OF CUSTOMERS' PERSONAL DATA

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the processing of personal data shall first be addressed through amicable negotiations.

If no amicable settlement is reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Albania.
