This document constitutes an agreement entered into between UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k, registered with NIPT M42325020H, with its registered office at: Brunes Space Building, TEG Shopping Centre, opposite the Vjollcë entrance, Tirana–Elbasan National Road, Farkë, Lundër, Tirana, and the respective customers. This document sets out the General Conditions for the electronic purchase of Kiabi brand products through the website www.kiabi.al. By placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation.

UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k accepts no liability if unwanted materials may be downloaded during navigation of this website. The customer must use devices protected with antivirus software and an updated browser. We may suspend or modify the provision of products at any time for website maintenance or update reasons.

- Eligibility: To make purchases, the customer must be over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.
- Account: During registration, the customer must provide true and accurate information. The password is personal and must be kept confidential. UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k accepts no liability if a third party uses your account without authorisation.
- Security Limit: Orders exceeding the value of 40,000 lekë or a quantity of 30 items will be subject to additional verification through the identification tool.
- Availability: UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k does not guarantee the availability of every product in stock. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be notified immediately.

- Illustration: Product photographs on the website serve for illustrative purposes. Colours, textures or shades may differ slightly from reality due to the lighting or quality of your screen.
- Prices: Prices on the website are net (inclusive of VAT). In the event of a human error in the writing of a price, UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k will notify the customer to confirm whether they wish to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel it.

Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Albania at the following rates:

- Within Tirana: 200 lekë.
- Outside Tirana: 250 lekë.
- Free delivery: For purchases over 6,000 lekë, delivery is free of charge.
- Delivery time: Within 2–5 working days from confirmation.

Order delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday.

- Failed delivery: If the customer is not found at the address or does not respond to the courier after contact attempts, the customer forfeits the right to a refund of delivery costs.

- Cash: At the time of receipt of the order.
- Bank Card (Visa / MasterCard): Secure payment through data encryption. Your bank details are not stored in our systems.

In the event that UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k is unable to fulfil part of the Customer's order as a result of causes beyond the control of UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k, the Customer's payment will be reduced by the price of the undelivered products and the relevant delivery costs after being duly notified of these changes.

- UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k uses software approved by Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide with the latest security standards (128-bit SSL).
- During payment, the customer is automatically connected to the payment server, part of the bank's data processing centre control system. The Customer's bank details, protected through encryption, do not pass through electronic systems and are not stored in the electronic systems of UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k.

- Order cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel their order, in the event of non-fulfilment by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k of the delivery conditions set out above, by notifying via email at customer.support@unlimitedfashion.al or on the service telephone number: 044 81 3007

The cancellation request will only be taken into account by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k if the preparation, dispatch or delivery of the ordered products has not taken place in accordance with the conditions described in these terms.

For the above cases of cancellation, the Customer will be reimbursed for the payment made within a period of 4 days from receipt of the request by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k by means of a bank transfer to the bank account.

- Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Law No. 9902 dated 17.4.2008 "On Consumer Protection" as amended, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 14 days from delivery.
- Exchange: Permitted within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products may only be exchanged with the original purchase receipt and identity card. This process will be carried out by contacting customer service to provide the necessary information. Postal service costs are covered by the customer. Exchange may only be carried out by post and not in the physical store.
- Return of products: Pursuant to Article 37 of Law 9902, dated 17.04.2008 "On the Protection of Consumers", the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving reasons, within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered products. This process will be carried out by contacting customer service to provide the necessary information. In cases of return, the customer will be reimbursed the price of the product. Return costs, i.e. postal service costs, are covered by the customer. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. Reimbursement will be made by payment to the customer's bank account. Returns may only be carried out by post and not in the physical store.
- Conditions: The product must be unused, unwashed, with the original receipt and intact labels.
- Exceptions (Hygiene): The exchange/return of underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, vests and accessories is not accepted.
- Defects: Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product. In cases where it is found that the item is damaged or has been sent incorrectly by us, transport costs are covered by UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k.

Order Delivery

In the event of unavailability or delay, you will be notified by UNLIMITED FASHION of the postponement of the delivery deadline. The customer is free to choose whether they wish to accept or cancel the order. Product delivery may only be carried out within the territory of the Republic of Albania.

In the event that UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k or its carrier is unable to deliver the products due to the customer's fault, such as failure to comply with the scheduled delivery time or failure to communicate special access conditions, the customer forfeits the right to a refund of delivery costs. The costs of returning the product will also be deducted from the reimbursement of the product price. If the customer wishes a further delivery, they will be required to pay the delivery costs again in advance.

- Payment for gift orders must be made in advance online by card. CASH payment is not accepted.
- Special packaging or a dedication may be requested by email.
- For any other necessary changes, the person who made the purchase must send a request to customer.support@unlimitedfashion.al or contact Customer Service.

- Data Protection: UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k protects personal data in accordance with Law No. 124/2024 "On the Protection of Personal Data". Data is collected solely for the fulfilment of the contract and delivery.
- Intellectual Property: All elements of this website (logos, photographs, design) are the exclusive property of UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k and are protected by copyright. Copying them is prohibited.

UNLIMITED FASHION sh.p.k reserves the right to change or modify these terms of use or any policy, FAQ, offer, promotion, benefit or guidance in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion. Any change or modification takes effect immediately and may be published on www.kiabi.al, therefore we recommend that you check from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive a specific notice of these changes or modifications, and your continued access or participation after any change or modification confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must cease accessing.
